Stefano was so helpful and responsive to my texts. Very helpful. Cleaning lady was very friendly. Great location. Boutique style hotel, washroom was nice and modern, room is small but view was great. If you don't mind Boutique style hotel this one is perfect. Walking distance to everything. AC was strong too, good for hot days in Italy.

Amazing hotel in a very central location. Minutes to the Rialto Bridge and San Marco, also very easily to catch a gondola close to the hotel. The room was very well equipped and extremely clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location it’s an apart hotel not a hotel exactly so you won’t find a sign outside The breakfast is included and to your room which is great maybe a little more variety would be better but the apartment was so beautiful and spacious so it’s great

Great value for money: excellent location (2 min from San Marco), nice view, clean. The room is a bit small and basic, but if you don’t plan to spend much time in the hotel - as most tourists in Venice - it is definitely worth going there.

This hotel is perfectly located to restaurants, shops, sight seeing and water taxis. The staff was so helpful and stayed in touch with us days before we arrived to provide directions to the hotel. It is not easy to find. This hotel was clean, quiet and perfect for our stay.

Great boutique hotel! We took a water taxi from the bus station (80 euros) and they dropped us off at the hotel on the canal side....super convenient! The room was clean and spacious for a European standard hotel. Valentina, the staff who check us into our room was very friendly. We stayed in room with a Gondola view....loved it!
