Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath houseboat in a great location on the front of B Dock. Listing features wireless internet, satellite TV, cell signal booster, washer/dryer, as well as brand new furniture and bedding. We have the largest front porch on the dock with fish cleaning table, ice machine, rocking chairs and gas grill.

This place was as advertised and perfect for a fishing trip out of the marina. Convenient, clean, and had everything you need. The host was responsive and checked to make sure all was in order upon arrival. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

This boat house was even more than the pictures, very clean, completely renovated and with new furniture, 3 bedrooms with multiple bunks in each (with personal fans mounted above beds, nice touch)…great location watching all boats come into marina, even Captain that picked us up complimented the dock and bumpers being just right for the larger boats. Would highly recommend the property and owner was very responsive.

I have stayed at several houseboats in Venice Marina. This one rates in the top! Deck out front was the best! Communication with the host was easy and helpful! My group of 4 would definitely stay here again!
