I don’t think anything is convenient in Venice, but at least this location is not that far from the train station. I really like the area, it was quiet, but yet close to a lot of cafés and restaurants. It was comfortable, and the breakfast included was a nice touch the receptionist was very nice and attentive. I highly recommend this place and I would stay here again.

What a great Hotel in an amazing area close to everything you could need. Both reception staff we encountered were amazing , friendly and polite. A great breakfast selection that sets you up for the day. Clean rooms with a huge bed and smart TV in room aswell. Amazing value for such a great central location in the middle of Venice. Couldnt have asked for more. We will be back

Location was good, restaurants nearby. Staff friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags after checkout, allowing us to explore Venice for the remainder of the day. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room was lovely.

Simple, clean and perfect location - everything you can ask for. We travelled with two kids and got two rooms with separate doors but with a common entry door (the lock was unfortunately broken). Would definitely recommend it (especially with kids) and stay there again.

I loved the Italian look and the quaint room and breakfast area. The location was quiet, which was excellent after a day of walking through the busy areas of St. Mark's. I will definitely return if I find myself back in Venice!
