Amazing hotel in a lovely, quiet area in Venice - accessible from the main train station via 4.2 and 5.2 ferry, takes about 30 minutes. The welcome from the reception team was excellent, warm and friendly, the hotel has a lovely courtyard, for relaxing and sunbeds. Breakfast is fabulous and super value. Overall a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay. The hotel was lovely and very comfortable for our family (2 children age 6 and 8). Breakfast was delicious, and the area around the hotel was great, and much more peaceful than central Venice. We would definitely recommend it.

Very quiet, residential area. Really only 2 dining options nearby but both were our favorites in all of Venice. Breakfast was lovely but not exceptional. This is the perfect location for touring the Venice Biennale.

Staff is very welcoming and hospitable. We needed to leave our luggage after checkout to do some last minute site seeing and the staff waa very accommodating. Additionally, when we made our reservations we forgot to add the continental breakfast option. The staff helped us add breakfast and at a discounted rate. Really nice stay.

The AC in our wasn’t working properly it was extremely hot all 3 days during our stay. Concierge was helpful and attended to our matter immediately. However, the AC stil has some issues and clearly wasn’t working to full capacity. Paid $1500 for 3 unpleasant hot sleep nigts.
