This hotel is in an excellent location in walking distance to everything. We were in a canal side room on the first floor which was a great size. The interior is looking a little tired but was perfectly clean. There was also quite a bit noise from upstairs in the evening. But a good hotel in an excellent location.

Great hotel in San Marco area.
Coldest AC in all my vacation of Italy. It gets 5 stars for the AC alone. Rooms and hotel were beautiful. In walkable distance of all the main Venice attractions.

Hotel nicely located and room towards canal nice and spacious, but no single picture in every room, including the breakfast one make it a bit less cosy and comfortable ( easy to solve these problems !). Our room was next to the kitchen and therefore no sleep in the morning, very noisy and unsensible😫 ( making a better room door would help ! next to the hotel is a nice restaurant and teatro la fenice is 5 min away, this was great!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel had canal access, so private taxis from/to airport can be accessed from the hotel directly (subject to tide). Our breakfast was also very good, our host made us fried/scrambled eggs on demand. Room was very spacious and the A/C was perfect given the hot weather.
