Would return just for the friendliness and helpfulness of staff and the AMAZING included breakfast. Our room was just okay, it said it was a canal view but we could only see the street. In my view the room was adequate but not amazing, but the location, staff and breakfast all make up for it.

Wow! Our favorite hotel of our 10 day trip. Fabulous location, beautiful rooms with great amenities and lovely bathrooms and even an in room sauna! The people were all so kind and helpful. Boutique outstanding place.
From entrance we felt very well. The staff were very helpful. The atmosphere was great. Very tasty breakfast was a good start for whole day. Housekeeping kept our room clean and fresh . The hotel is located in quiet area and very close to the main paths in Venice. I highly reccoment this place .

Very nice boutique hotel that is a short walk to the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge. Friendly staff was quite helpful with directions and even packed us a breakfast to go when we had to check out before the restaurant opened.
