Family of 3, not 1 drawer to put clothes in. Renovation, which I didn’t know about until we arrived. I have stayed in numerous Holiday Inn Express. Never had a problem, always clean. In my many years of traveling, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Very disappointed

They were in the process of painting and notified us after checkin. We are fine with a little inconvenience, however they painted our floor and in the process accessed our room to paint the doorway and left our room propped open and left for the day! When we came back late in the evening the room was still propped open. We felt That our security and privacy was violated.

I had a bad experience in this property, everything normally is very good with this hotels I understand issue happens, but we pay full price for a non AC room, they give us a room where the AC not working properly, would you pay $ 200 for a hot and humid room ? I can’t said that the place is bad because it’s not true, but I’m not happy with the fac of no body take care the customer valued.
