I booked this property with the expectation of a safe, clean, and comfortable stay, but what I encountered was far from what was advertised. The apartment was filthy, with visible dust, mold, and bugs. The property was unsafe as well with no functional lock on the door, creating serious security concerns. I was instructed to use an electrical box to turn off the water and lights if needed. The overall state of the apartment posed significant health and safety risks.
The property management team, refused to issue a refund despite providing evidence and detailing my concerns; citing that my dissatisfaction was subjective and that their inspection did not find the issues I reported. They even charged me for the first night's tourist tax, despite the fact that I did not stay there. I tried to resolve this matter amicably, but the management team ignored my concerns about the safety, cleanliness, and overall condition of the apartment. They prioritized profitability over guest safety and satisfaction, leaving me with additional expenses for alternative accommodations and undue stress.
I strongly advise potential renters to think twice before booking this property. My experience was far from what was advertised, and the refusal to address or even acknowledge the severe issues with the property is unacceptable.
