The apartment has its own entrance from the Campiello dei Miracoli. Ground floor, very bright, with 7 windows - 6 with view of the canal and 1 on the Campiello.

Adjoining a bridge and beside a Church in what is surely one Venice's most bewitchingly locations - your dream of Venice come to life!

Completely renovated, in a 17th century palace, has been furnished with designer furniture, by a well-known Venetian architect.

Merely steps away from the charming little square known as Campo Santa Maria Nuova and its parasol-covered cafe and a short walk to the Rialto Bridge spanning the Grand Canal, the broad and open Campo Santa Maria Formosa, the imposing Dominican Basilica di Santi Giovanni e Paolo (one of the largest churches in Venice and burial place of no fewer than 25 Venetian Doges) plus the plentiful shops, cafes, restaurants and buzz surrounding Santi Apostoli and the Strada Nuova.

Contemporary styled apartment in great area
We enjoyed staying in this clean and contemporary apartment located in a great area of Venice. It is located away from the very busy tourist hubs so we were able to experience Venice at its best. Easy to walk to most sights. There is not a lot of sitting area, but does have two comfortable bedrooms and a serviceable kitchen and eating area.

The property was just like the photos, if anything even better. We loved the central location with great restaurants and shopping all a short walk away. Great Stay
The location is very convenient with several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. There is also a gondola station right outside of the place. Although expensive, we had a good gondola trip to Rialto bridge and back early in the morning while it was not too hot outside.

Great host, most helpful and the location could not have been better! Be prepared for lugging your luggage up and down the Venice stairs, but if you look hard there are porters available.

Small but comfortable apartment tucked away in Cannaregio. Lovely to watch the gondolas slowly passing by. Perfectly situated for easy walks to busier parts of Venice.

Great convenient spot in the City
The appartment was exactly as described and spotlessly clean for our arrival. The host's friend met us and guided us to the appartment, making sure we had all we needed. It is so conveniently located to be near everything but also a little tucked away. It felt like a home from home.

Very nice appartement
The flat is very nicely and functionally furnished. Particularly noteworthy is its great location. It is located on a small, pretty and quiet square with a church, restaurant and bar, and thus already outside the tourist area of Venice, yet it is only about 15 minutes (on foot) to the Piazza San Marco. We would book it again on our next visit to Venice.

Great location--comfortable place
While there are plenty of bars and restaurants around, it's a little bit quieter in this area than the touristy areas. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. It was fun to watch the gondolas go by while we drank our morning coffee. I loved Venice and thought this was really a great place to stay. Thanks Agnese!

Cute and convenient basic apartment. Great views out of bedroom windows. Constant view of gondolas passing by. Combined kitchen and seating area small but adequate. No comfortable seating to relax and quite noisy with motor boats and revelers all nite. Good choice if looking for a quaint Venice hotel option.

Great location on edge of cannaregio
Great location close to bars and restaurants and walkable within 10 minutes to Rialto and Fondamente Nuevo. Zelina met us at the water bus and walked us to the apartment which was great. The air conditioning was not working but fans had been provided in both bedrooms that was very welcome.

Not my favorite stay…
The location was great! Near most things but still in a quieter square of Venice. Cute bar right across the bridge. Took a minute for me to relax at this place though. The kitchen sink and bathroom shower were rusty, the bedding was clean but the bed itself is super outdated and squeaks with every move, there’s a shower curtain over the cleaning supplies in the bathroom and everything looks dusty and dirty which doesn’t make you feel the best about sanitation for the place, basically no storage for belongings in the bathroom. Great AC units though!
