Great stay
Excellent & quiet location next to canal, Massimo a very helpful and friendly host. Apartment comes stocked with useful items for guests like olive oil, salt & pepper, washing machine pod, dish soap, toilet paper. Would happily stay again.

Such a great place and even better host!
We stayed there after a cruise for a several days before heading home. Our communication with the host Massimo was seamless! He was quick to respond, met us at the apartment and walked us through everything. He provided maps and an enormous amount of information of what to see, where to eat locally, and where to go. He even helped us organize our departure to the airport. Just a great host and we would love to stay there again when back in Venice!

Tour of Italy - Venice
This was a wonderful stay in Venice! It was our first time and Mossimo was extremely helpful when we arrived. The apartment was just right for our family of 5 - we enjoyed that it was in a quieter part of the city away from the heavy tourist traffic, but easy to walk to sights like the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s square. Would highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Venice!

Massimo was a wonderful host. He communicated with us regularly to make sure we had all the information we needed, provided restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, and even helped us locate gluten free options! The apartment was in a great location with easy walking to all the major sites. We loved being so close to a vaporetto stop when we needed to go longer distances. Definitely recommend!

Comfortable apartment, great value and location, friendly host.
More authentic apartment in quieter part of Venice. Close to everything. Comfortable stay for our family with canal view. There was a few mosquitos per the time of the year but we were provided with repellent and zappers so they weren’t a bother. Couldn’t figure out the washer but that’s likely just us and we didn’t really need it so we never bothered the host.

Wonderful host, great location
Massimo is a wonderful host! Very helpful with recommendations and so very attentive. The apartment was perfectly situated, comfortable, and has everything a family needs. Bakery and market were nearby . Walk to ferry takes 5-7 minutes. Loved our stay. Would definite come back again. Thank you, Massimo!

Family Spot in Great Location
This flat was perfect for our family of five. The owner lives and owns a shop just around the corner so is very helpful. He went beyond normal hospitality to make us feel welcome and know our way around with a local map all marked with important places. Check in and out was simple and catered to our needs more than the owners. Again 5+ star hospitality! Would definitely stay here again. Oh, and a beautiful view of a quiet canal from both bedrooms and a balcony!!!

Great Place!
I can't say enough about the property and the host. Massimo was very communicative and provided a great overview of the area as well as how to get there. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a quiet place in Venice away from the crowds. I will be staying there again!

Quiet side street in the heart of the action!
This was the perfect house for our family of four. We were 5 min. from Rialto Bridge but the area was quiet and calm. The apartment is clean, fully-stocked with everything you need, and the beds were comfortable. The apartment is old, and with that comes the expected things like fluctuating water temperature in showers. Massimo, the owner, is exceptional and takes pride in offering you the highlights of his city. There are stairs and no lift to the third floor apartment. The pictures reflect the booking well. We were very happy with our stay and recommend it to friends.

Massimo was beyond AMAZING!
We really enjoyed our stay thanks to Massimo. This apartment has a great location. It was clean and just beautiful. We were sad to leave. Massimo was very informative. He told us where to go and the best restaurants in the area. He even came by before our check out to say good bye. Thank you Massimo for everything and we really hope to come back!

The apartment was perfect for our short break - near enough to central Venice without being too close to the hustle and bustle of the tourist centre. Massimo was a great host , friendly, informative and happy to help - he even brought us umbrellas when it was raining! Un propriétaire particulièrement gentil et attentionné avec ses hôtes... l appartement est moderne, très bien agencé et fonctionnel et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires ( cuisine et matériel vraiment bien pensés) le quartier est calme et très charmant ( pour nous le plus beau de Venise) et très proche de San marco et toutes les visites !Plein de conseils essentiels de la part de Massimo pour aller manger etc. Nous étions une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants et nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour ! Great Apartment in Venice
The apartment is in the Carnareggio area which is quiet yet still convenient major attractions. The owner, Massimo, was terrific and helpful, very good with communications, and lives near by should the need arise. The apartment itself was quiet, clean and spacious, as well as well equipped. The air conditioning is a little weak for the size of the apartment but not terrible, and one can open the windows without too much noise from the outside if need be. All in all a very good value from a very responsible and friendly landlord.
