Superb place to stay
Brilliant place to stay - close to the buses and trains and a great point from which to get around and explore Venice. Giovanna was fantastic and as well as making sure things went smoothly she gave us some great advice for navigating Venice as well as showing us around the flat. The apartment has a great vibe and was perfect for the four of us. If returning to Venice, I would definitely book this again.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful Venetian apartment
We traveled to Italy after getting married and spent the last half of our trip in Venice - the apartment was ideal! Clean, comfortable, close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood away from more of the busy tourist districts. Giovanna was a wonderful host and helped situate us to the neighborhood, including giving us some excellent recommendations for what to do and where to eat. We are hoping to return, perhaps for our anniversary!

Spacious Apartment in Venice
Giovanna was fantastic in providing information about the functions of the apartment and businesses close by that we may need, like a grocery store and a clothing/dry cleaners as well as recommendations on restaurants and points of interest. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and convenient to many attractions in Venice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Venice and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a place to stay for a long visit in Venice.

Perfect Stay
From the beginning we had updated communication which put us at ease. There is nothing like arriving after a long train ride and being greeted by Giovanna who was upbeat and welcoming. She showed us everything about the gorgeous apartment/how to work everything (Air Conditioning!) She had maps and had written recommendations for grocery stores, restaurants. We felt very taken care of. The apartment has everything you need. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Home
The property is lovely and large, has everything you need and in a great position. There is a well stocked shop just around the corner and eating places close by too. Was lovely to be met at the property. Property is second floor with no lift which was absolutely fine for us and the view is amazing.Would stay here again if visiting Venice.

Great, Quiet Place
The apartment is tucked away on a quiet canal with a balcony and views. It was a great location with comfortable beds. Way more than enough space for our family of 4. Very clean and everything worked well.

Appartement vintage, très spacieux, proche du départ de la gare et de plusieurs vaporetti .
Ambiance agréable du mobilier années 50/60 où on circule aisément, espace idéal pour 3, 4 personnes. (En revanche les 2 lits pour 1 personne sont étroits pour 1 adulte ...) Accueil professionnel de l’accueil . Petit point décevant : le chauffage et l’ eau chaude qui tardent à arriver .

Historic and architectual home in Venice
The home is an interesting mix of ancient Venice house and 60'es architecture. It is nice to examine the details of the added wood structure. So if you are in Venice for art or architecture biennale - it is a great place to stay. Close to express water bus, nice area and a flat with everything you need.

Quiet Location
Charming apartment located in a quiet local Venetian neighborhood but within easy walking distance all the big poi’s. One block from a grocery store and a great little bakery. Our host Giovanna was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Wohnung, Betreuung und Ambiente waren ausgezeichnet
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, zwar etwas hellhörig, aber sehr gut gelegen - Nähe Piazzale Roma. Auch einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es ums Eck. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Gio waren hervorragend - vielen Dank dafür!!

Die Betreuung beim Einchecken war unkompliziert und nett. Die Lage ist hervorragend, dennoch ruhig an einem Kanal gelegen. Selbst der 2. Stock war mit den beiden 90jährigen Damen gut zu bewältigen. Die Wohnung selbst ist voll eingerichtet - als ob der Eigentümer gerade mal ein paar Tage weg wäre - und sehr ansprechend mit einer schönen Atmosphäre. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler etc. Der Balkon ist natürlich ein Highlight! Wir kommen gerne wieder, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Kleiner Tipp: Sollte jemand nur Filterkaffee trinken, dann unbedingt Papierfilter mitnehmen, die sind in Venedig sehr schwer zu bekommen! (Wir haben allerdings 2 Packungen dort lassen ;-))

Great apartment, plenty of space and well located
The apartment is very convenient if you want to avoid carrying luggage on boat transport. At 5 min walk from Santa Lúcia terminal, you will find everything you need at walking distance. Bedrooms are good size but mattresses could be better. The hostess is very friendly and great to communicate. Living space is spacious and very pleasant, I have enjoyed playing the piano. Overall we were very pleased.

Un bel appartement, avec de beaux espaces, et...une âme!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement , lumineux,bien placé au bord 'un canal, dans un endroit très tranquille et cependant très proche de tous les axes du Dorsoduro. De grands volumes dans ce "piano nobile", une décoration et un ameublement empreints des souvenirs de famille du propriétaire, tout le confort.

Wohnen wie ein Venezianer
Dies war schon mein 2. Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist etwas ganz Besonderes und schon nach kurzer Zeit taucht man in das Gefühl ein, dort zu Hause zu sein. Ansprechpartnerin Giovanna ist immer erreichbar, wenn man sie braucht. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man benötigt, ist sauber, trocken und mit funktionierenden Klimageräten und Heizung ausgestattet. Zentral, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen, ist das Highlight dieser Unterkunft natürlich der Balkon, der auf einen kleinen Kanal hinausgeht. Was für ein Luxus, an einem lauen Abend mit einer Kerze und einem Glas Rotwein hier zu sitzen und das Leben dort zu beobachten. Für mich DAS Venedig-Feeling!

Grand, bien situé et très agréable
L'accueil de Giovana est un vrai plus pour cette location qui est très bien située dans une rue calme. L'appartement est fonctionnel et reposant. Les deux salles de bains sont très propres et l'une est entièrement neuve. Seul bémol : la litterie. Il faudrait vraiment changer les matelas qui sont beaucoup trop mous ! Cela ne nous a cependant pas empêché de passer d'excellentes vacances. Un petit plus, non négligeable : nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dans l'appartement ce qui nous a évité de les mettre dans une consigne. Si nous revenons à Venise, nous reprendrons sans hésiter cette location.

Très bel appartement dans un quartier calme
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement. Le balcon qui donne sur le canal est un grand plus, le quartier est calme et c'est seulement à quelques minutes à pied de Piazzale Roma. Il y a une superette à 1 minute de l'appartement et des restaurants à quelques minutes. Nous recommandons cet appartement.
