We enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff is friendly and professional, the price is reasonable and there are plenty of shops, views and restaurants nearby. Enjoyed the location along the Grand Canal. Room overlooked courtyard. Close to train station and taxi and bus drop off location, which is great for hauling your own luggage. Close to water taxi stations too. Wonderful breakfast in private hotel garden on the canal. Highly recommend this hotel!

Convenient for being close to Santa Lucia railway station, albeit on the other side of Canal Grande. Room was not very spacious, but that is more or less expected in Venezia.
