Oh what a nightmare
Unfortunately the automatic messaging sent me the address of a different unit. So we left the address reported on the listing and traveled across town to Venice proper, then we followed the instructions to find there were no keys at that location. Traveling from out of the country with no phone number and only a data connection was extremely difficult. After waiting 3 hours for a solution and having a local hotel call the host we were able to understand that we had originally been at the right address. This error on their part cost us $200 in Uber rides and water taxi rides. It was pouring rain and half of Venice we were sent to was under water. We had been traveling for 27hrs straight from the States to get there and were absolutely exhausted my wife was physically shaking and crying over the mess and it costs us 6 hours that we should have spent resting in wasted travel within Venice all because they sent the wrong address. Nothing else was wrong property was great once we actually were given the correct info.
