The Villa Nerino has 5 bedrooms, each with a very nicely appointed bath. I recommended to him that he install safety bars in the baths (I am disabled). "The house is very spacious Just like the garden. We had to share the pool which we didn't know but that turbed out okay. The cutlery and crockery weren 't very clean maybe because the dishwasher didn't work properly. The host / property manager on the other hand was great and helpen us a lot with everything. "A simple property but clean and comfortable. Good showers, comfortable beds. Cool pool! Also easy access to Pisa on the train and beautiful Tuscan countryside by car. Drive further south to Follonica for a good beach. Add good company, food and (local) wine and you have everything you could possibly need."
