"The property is tired. The Kitchens repainted grey pine units are wearing. The Bathroom and Toilet have sanitary wear dating back to the 1960's. There is a feeling that while the equipment and furniture provided is plentiful it is all enjoying at least a second life here. The garden is uncared for. "Our family stayed here three nights, as my daughter began her winter quarter at SCAD's Lacoste campus. Laurent was a kind and attentive host and just 15 minutes away if we needed anything. He also graciously gifted us a bottle of wine on arrival from his own vineyard!
