"The villa here was very well laid out and finished. Each bedroom was decorated well and had plenty of space. There were 10 in our party and the pool was a welcome addition in the heatwave experienced. The pool alarm gave us excellent peace of mind. The two kitchens were well equipped and although a coffee machine was in the villa we did miss having a kettle. The owner was on hand at all times if we needed anything and also gave advice about the local areas. Most of the things we visited were...

"Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."

"Check was good and quick. The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."
