"First the 12 th century house in the listing was the reason I booked. I arrived to find this to be across the street. Not at all reflective downright deceptive. And then I found the apartment was on the second floor accessed by a narrow circular staircase. This needs to be in the listing. I’m 81, cannot lift my bags snd that type stair is risky for me., The owner offered to carry my bag up but I didn’t want to deal with it. "Excellent place to stay. We extended by one night. Clean and comfortable with street parking. Front desk staff were very helpful. My only concern is the 150 euro bond money has not been returned to my card yet. It has been six days since we checked out and have sent two messages to the hotel but not received any response. Our stay was very good and the kitchen let us have home cooked meals. Apart from the return of bond money would recommend this hotel."
