Agréable maison pour des vacances en famille
A l'unanimité (9 adultes), nous avons apprécié cette grande maison très bien équipée, au calme mais toutefois proche des commerces et de la plage. L'espace extérieur est tout aussi appréciable, avec un grand jardin, idéal pour que des enfants puissent jouer et une piscine. Le seul point d'amélioration à noter serait la literie, notamment lorsqu'on y séjourne pour une longue période (ici 2 semaines). Un grand merci à Estelle qui s'est occupée de nous accueillir, pour sa rapidité dans les réponses et sa gentillesse.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines a Montalivet. La maison est tres bien placée, à 2 pas de la plage et du marché , au pied de la velodyssee et de la pinède. Il n' y a rien a dire, tout etait super!

Ein gelungener Familienurlaub mit 3 Generationen
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, sowohl aus Sicht des Wetters als auch der Lokalität. Meeresnähe, großzügiges Haus mit Pool (der von allen speziell den Kindern ausgiebig genutzt wurde) und französisches Seebadambiente kam bei allen sehr gut an. Auch der im Hinterland gelegene Lac Hourtin wurde mehrmals besucht. Die abschließende Hausübergabe mit Estelle erfolgte zügig und problemlos Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub und ein Ort den wir weiter empfehlen können.

Balinesisches Haus in Südmontalivet
Ein sehr angenehmer Vermieter, alles sauber, alles ok. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit der Hausmanagerin. Unseres Erachtens ist das Haus nicht für 12 Personen geeignet, die Hälfte tut’s eher. Genial die tägliche Poolpflege durch Pierrot! Das Haus ist sehr fernöstlich gestaltet und komplett aus Holz gebaut. 2 Etagen. Kleine Dusche im UG, Wanne im OG. 2 Toiletten. Die Lage am Wald ist sehr romantisch, die Terrassenüberdachung, teils bewachsen mit Glycinien, lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen mit Freunden bei ein oder mehreren Gläschen Wein ein. Viele Mücken, also sollten Fliegengitter mitgebracht werden und Antibrumm o.ä..? Es gibt einen funktionierenden Holzkohlegrill. Außerdem einen Stellplatz für 1PKW und einen überdachten Stellplatz für mehrere Fahrräder innerhalb des großzügigen Grundstücks. TV nur französische Sender; WLAN vorhanden. Die Endabnahme gestaltete sich absolut problemlos.

Excellente semaine
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison est agréable, la piscine très bien entretenue, le jardin est parfait pour que les enfants puissent en profiter. Le quartier est calme et à 10min à pied du centre ville où on y trouve toutes les commodités ainsi qu'un beau marché quotidien. Merci à Estelle pour son accueil et nos différents échanges. Merci à Pierrot pour l'entretien de la piscine. Vous avez été très réactifs, nous avons beaucoup apprécié !

Dépaysement assuré dès les 1ères heures de notre séjour. La maison toute en bois et la décoration très indonésienne nous entraine dans une évasion vers Bali. Malgré le temps maussade, nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. Merci Michel.

Très belle maison d'inspiration balinaise, tout en bois, implantée au bord de la pinède. Parfait pour décompresser. Michel a été un hôte très prévenant et sympathique. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Très bon séjour dans une station agréable et familiale. La maison se situe en lisière de forêt et a 10 mètres d'une piste cyclable. Les rues adjacentes sont calmes et permettent de rejoindre le centre à vélo en quelques minutes. La piste cyclable mène à l'océan en quelques minutes également... Bref très bonnes vacances tout en vélo avec le surf sous le bras.

Merveilleux séjour avec famille et amis
Nous avons passé deux merveilleuses semaines dans cette maison. Les enfants ont profité tous les jours de la superbe piscine. Nous avons mangé tous les jours les produits frais du marché (à 5 minutes) et nous avons passé toutes les journées à la plage (qui se trouvent toutes vraiment à proximité de la maison.) La maison est en bois et on y entend tout, ce qui est vraiment le seul (tout petit) bémol, et on s‘y habitue vite. :-) On a passé de très belles vacances et on y retournera! :-)

Un lieu de vacances comme on en rêve
Un séjour merveilleux qui a commencé par l'accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire! La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle, la piscine permet de se rafraîchir après une chaude journée à la plage. La terrasse permet de prendre tous les repas à l'ombre. Un emplacement idéal, un calme absolu, aucun vis à vis sont de beaux atouts pour des vacances reposantes et réussies sous les pins. Le marché quotidien permet d'apprécier les produits locaux.

Herrlich !
Es ist ein idealer Ort um Entspannen. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig aber strahlt eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre aus. Unsere Kinder liebten es im Pool zu planschen. Für eine Poolheizung gäben sie den fünften Stern. Die Küche IST gut ausgestattet. Auch hier gäbe es für eine Espressomaschine und einen Mixer den f. fünften Stern. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen !

Great villa close to the beach with a nice owner
We went with 3 couples to Montalivet and had a really great stay at the villa. The owner is really nice, helpful and reliable. He really made us feel welcomed. The villa is located close to the beach (10min walk). The wooden villa has 4 separated bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with two single beds). There are 2 more beds located in the gallery. The kitchen is well equipped. There are two WCs and two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath tube). We stayed in Montalivet most of the time. It is a cosy place with a nice beach. It has a good surf and one can easily drive to the north and south to find waves. Again, we enjoyed the stay very much and we can really recommend it.

Fantastic holiday in Medoc
Fantastic one week holiday, 2 adults and two teenagers. This very comfortable well kept and well loved house with beautiful garden is perfectly situated walking distance from the beach and the local market. Leaving you with several beach options daily, cycle routes and close to many restaurants. The view from the patio is towards the pine forest and the garden is totally private with a wonderful reception area next to the pool. The house is well equipped and maintained and the friendly owners was very helpful. Thank you again for a lovely holiday we will surely be back

Family holiday of one week two adults and two teenagers. This very comfortable well kept, loved house with beautiful garden is perfectly situated walking distance from the beach and the local market. Leaving you to choose from several beach options daily, cycle routes and close to many restaurants. The view from the patio is towards the pine forest and the garden is totally private with a wonderful reception area next to the pool. Très agréable séjour
Séjour en famille, nous étions 7 adultes 3 enfants et un bébé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'espace terrasse autour de la piscine qui permet d'avoir un œil sur les enfants sans pour autant être à la piscine. Espace qui se rapproche de la "varangue" pour ceux qui connaissent. La maison est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Le propriétaire est aux petits soin, et ne ménage pas ses efforts pour rendre le séjour agréable. Nous avons aussi apprécié la localisation de la maison. A la limite externe du village elle n'est séparée de la forêt, et des pistes cyclables, que par une rue à faible circulation donc du coup au calme. On peut aller à la plage, ou au marché de Montalivet (tous les jours) à pieds (quelques centaines de m) ou mieux à Vélo. Je recommanderai cette location pour une famille (8 vrais places dans les chambres les autres couchages sont dans des espaces ouverts).

Très bonne adresse
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle villa meublée et décorée avec goût dans le style asiatique. Nous étions 6 adultes et 5 petits enfants (< 5 ans) qui s'en sont donné à coeur joie dans le jardin (balançoire, jeux dans le sable, ballon, cache-cache dans les genêts en fleurs) à défaut de pouvoir profiter de la belle piscine car le temps n'y était pas. Le coin est magnifique, beaucoup de choses à faire : ballades jusqu'à la mer, visite de vignobles, visite d'un parc animalier, lacs de Hourtin et Lacanau. On confirme que le propriétaire est très accueillant et très correct au niveau de la remise de la caution. C'est une excellente adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

séjour familial super !
Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cette superbe villa tout confort. Nous étions 3 familles : 6 adultes et 5 enfants. Les enfants de 9 mois à 5 ans se sont amusés comme des fous et les adultes ont bien profité des lieux confortables. La villa est proche de commerces, du marché local, des pistes cyclables et plaines de jeux, de la mer,... Tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances réussies. Le propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et l'état des lieux fut impeccable. A recommander !!!

Dépaysement direction thailande
jardin magnifique, piscine tres fonctionnelle pour une famille avec des enfants de 3 à 10 ans, maison toute en bois style thailandais, à 10 minutes de la mer. Si l'on doit y redire quelquechose c'est la qualité des matelas qui devront être changés sous peu j'espère ( demander le au propriétaire qui est tres accueillant). Pour le reste, juste une chose : bravo.
