I liked how the promenade was right outside the side doors with a street full of restaurants and stores. This hotel is definitely for a much younger demographic. It’s loud and there are endless drunk girls screaming their enthusiasm throughout the hotel. The room we were put in the first night was not what I had booked and we had to wait for over an hour after midnight to even check in. That made us miss our VIP guest list at our planned event we were attending that night. We switched rooms the next day to what was supposed to be an upgrade, it had no refrigerator and they wanted me to pay an extra fee to request one. I had already booked a room w a fridge included. I never did get that. Bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. Unless you are 27 and younger, it’s not the place for over 30 year olds.

I find Planet Hollywood overall "average" for the following reasons: No coffee pot available in room. No microwave in room nor was one available for the asking. If there are two persons staying in a room, why are there amenities for one person?The person that checked me out was dismissive and rude and unhelpful. He did not give me a copy of my receipt. He said that it would not show a paid balance. He said that they would email me a copy, to which I'm still waiting on it to arrive and I left there on Thursday at approximately 3:30 am, it is now Saturday at 3:45 pm EST. When I return to Vegas it will NOT be to Planet Hollywood.
