Cracked sink in the bathroom, with the cheapest handsoap/no shower gel or shampoo provided. No kettle or other tea/coffee making facilities, the minibar is super expensive. The breakfast was very basic, with limited options available after 8 (eventhough it's finishing at 10:30)."

"Falsely advertise air conditioning. The av is centrally controlled and set to at minimum 30c. It moves the air around the room but doesn’t cool at all. Rooms are tiny. Can’t open a suitcase. "
