"Hotel complex is nice, with half of the rooms freshly renovated and other half not. Rooms are priced the same, so you can get unlucky and stay in the old part. I stayed in a very busy period so it was sold out. If at full capacity there is waiting line to get a table for breakfast. When it's not completely full, it's a great hotel for a good value with great amenities."

"Room temperature control was awful. Apparently all hotel is on heat, and no matter what you set on thermostat you will get 22-25 degree- way to hot to sleep at night. Room has No windows to open ( that is expected for high tower) - ventilation is very poor in the room. Very stuffy in the room. Restaurant is excellent but waiters crew is not. "We have enjoyed our stay very much. Our only comment is regarding the way to reach property staff as we had no lights in one of the rooms and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. The gentlemen at the bar was very helpful and managed to contact the staff who promised to repair the lights the next morning, but that didn’t happen. This didn’t affect our stay very much but we wanted to highlight it."
