"The property is made up of 3 apartments. Each apartment has its own parking space and shared access to the pool. We stayed in the mid-level apartment and were a group of 3. It was perfect for us. Children and parent had separate bathrooms, a good double room each and plenty of lounge, kitchen and balcony space to relax in. The garden and pool area are very private as the neighbouring house was not occupied. About 15 minutes by car from Zadar, the coast at Sukosan and the lake at Posedarje. "My wife and I stayed here as part of a long over due honeymoon. Usually pictures for listings are better than the actual results. Not with this one. The property was even better than the pictures make it look. The house is new, built well, right next to the sea, has private parking, and all the amenities you'd need.
