The holiday home “Villa Felicity” is located in a quiet area in Vélez-Málaga and impresses guests with its vibrant design and beautiful outdoor area. The house is situated in the Axarquía area with a subtropical climate and boasts a sea and mountain view. The 2-storey property consists of a 2 living rooms (one on the first floor and one downstairs with a sofa bed for 2 people), 2 well-equipped kitchens (one on the first floor), 6 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 18 people. There is one bathroom in the outdoor area, one on the ground floor, one ensuite in the main bedroom and one bathroom on the first floor. An extra bed can be provided for a fee. Please contact the homeowner in advance if you wish to use these extra beds. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television, a washing machine as well as a baby cot and a highchair (please contact the homeowner in advance if you need these). The house also boasts a wonderful, private outdoor area with a balcony, a garden, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, a pool, a table tennis table as well as an on site playground. There is one covered terrace on the ground floor and 2 terraces (one covered and one open) on the first floor. The covered terrace boasts a view of the sea and the open terrace has a view of the trees. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the furnished terrace while you admire the beautiful mango trees. The house is located near the highway and in a 13-minute drive away (11 km) in the coastal town Torre del Mar you will find a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. The nearest supermarket is located a 10-minute drive away (6.1 km). The popular tourist destination Málaga can be reached in 30 minutes by car (27 km) while the beautiful seaside resort Nerja is a 24-minute drive away (32 km). Playa Benajarafe beach awaits your visit just a 5-minute drive from the property where you can sunbathe on the soft sand and swim in the deep blue sea.

Please note that the owner will enter daily to do the maintenance of both the pool and the garden. This is done in the early morning so guests will not be disturbed.
