"Beautiful location walking distance to citadelle and old town Besançon near breathtaking views and the gorgeous walking path along the river. The hotel had an eclectic and charming lobby/ lounge. Our room was on the ground floor of an annex type building. It was clean and simple. There is no air conditioning which was not a problem for us in early June but might be in mid summer. There is very limited parking on property and we had to find street parking which was not an easy feat - the staff...

"We think that The Enchanted Sittelle is the perfect place to stay. The facilities are complete and as fo the setting and location, among forests and lakes, it couldn't be bettered. Our hosts, Christine and Bénigne, made us feel completely at home. Lorsque nous avons fait appel au propriétaire pour l'entretien de la piscine, il a immédiatement envoyé quelqu'un et tout s'est bien réglé A notre arrivée, la maison était propre, mais les ustensiles de cuisine ne l'étaient pas. La maison est spacieuse et agréable. C'est dommage qu'il n'y a pas suffisamment de chaises pour l'extérieur 4 alors que nous avons loué pour 11 personnes, ni de transats pour entourer la piscine."
