"We have stayed there for the second time. It is a very nice hotel, cool environment and cozy rooms. The bed and pillows were comfy. Shower was spacious and with very good soap. The room was very spacious. Breakfast had a good options and it was delicious. The pool was warm and nice. Bad sides: no offering of towels for sauna, no clear information regarding city tax and we got awake at 06h45 because they were using the cleaning cart in our corridor for 2 hours."

"Great location friendly helpful staff good sized room overlooking the street which was nice comfy bed. Could do with a little bit of attention to paintwork big dead insect in the light fitting over the shower not particularly attractive , I would stay again"

"Our stay at INNSiDE in Aachen was great. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The shower was a little bit underpowered but otherwise no issues with the facilities. The breakfast buffet in the rooftop restaurant was a highlight - huge food selection and beautiful views! A great base for exploring the city and surrounding area for our long weekend in Aachen."

"I really love this hotel as it’s very easy accessible plus there is always ample, free parking. The staff are super friendly and helpful and genuinely seem pleased to serve you and check in is always quick and efficient. The rooms are a great size and the bathrooms are big with a separate shower and bath. "Upon arrival the property did not have heat or hot water nor bedding for the second bed and they will not return my emails to try and correct the issue. I left immediately without staying and they will not refund me."
