"We were collected from the station by Rene and taken to the hotel on the outskirts of Velden. We were upgraded to a larger room with efficient Wifi ( important for us as we run a business). Our room was comfortable with a balcony overlooking the lake and distant hills. The hotel was quiet, but all the facilities were available.
