In the centre of the historical town Vejer de la Frontera, on a plateau about 9 km from the coast with its beaches, you will find the apartment "Casa La Costanilla A" on the ground floor, furnished in the typical country style. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen-living room with dining area, coffee machine, microwave, mixer and fridge/freezer, two bedrooms, one with a single bed and one with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers space for 3 persons. A cot is available on request. Well-preserved, historic masonry and vaulted structures give this apartment a special flair.
The equipment also includes wi-fi, air conditioning with cooling and heating function and a TV with satellite TV.
The view from the 2 terraces is particularly beautiful, one of them as a roof terrace, from where you can enjoy a picturesque view over the Andalusian landscape. Both terraces are available for the guests of all 5 apartments of the building, they do not have a roof, but in the summer months the owner installs an awning for shade.
In addition, the owner provides 5 sunshades free of charge on request. There is also a common washroom.
The building is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility, even on the ground floor, due to its construction and steps.
Numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, and there are several supermarkets within a distance of about 300m (4 minutes walk). After about 20 minutes by car you will reach the beautiful beaches of the Andalusian coast.
The next international airport (Jerez de la Frontera) is located at a distance of 83km (about one hour by car).
Note of the landlord: in the whole building loud events and parties are completely prohibited. The apartment is suitable especially for people seeking relaxation and families.
Pets are not allowed.
The building does not have its own parking spaces. The owner will show his guests where parking is available on the street in the immediate vicinity.
