In El Palmar, famous for its miles of sandy beaches, the holiday home El Olivo is situated in a quiet setting and can accommodate 4 people. The modern, child-friendly house has a living-dining area with integrated, very well-equipped kitchen with bar counter and fireplace, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds) and a bathroom. Very nice house in the middle of El Palmar
Pros: Being able to go to the beach by walk, the terrace and the garden around the house, the plants all around the property. The dogs! Cons: The gas tank ran out of gas so we were left without gas and hot water for a bit less than a day, but that was because we didn’t dare to call at night. We called Nicolas the next day and he fixed it within the day. In November the house can be a bit cold (it doesn’t have heating). If you wear socks and jersey it’s ok but one should not be too sensitive.

The house was very comfortable, clean and private
Pros: The privacy, proximately to the beach, restaurants and the private parking on the proterty(A big plus!! When parking not allowed on the street). The owner is very pleasant to talk to and respects your privacy, but is there if needed! everything was incredible. Will definately book again in the future. Next time the house with pool.
