"Only advantage of this property is near to beach but otherwise the house is not clean, Wi-Fi not available, tv not working and rooms are not clean with lot of sands everywhere in the house. Kitchen fridge was not working, overall cleanliness and facilities of the house are not great.we also saw spider webs in living room which was scary."

"Javier’s property is a little gem in the Guayanilla Playa neighborhood. You can tell all the effort that he has put in on making sure the house is immaculate and that theirs guests have everything they need to enjoy the area beaches. He even got a beach umbrella for us! Javier is a great host, immediately answering any questions that we had, and giving us information about the area, so that we could make the most out of our stay. "Great country setting. It was quiet and a great get a way from the city. About 15 minutes from the town center. Awesome view. The place was clean, and comfortable for 4 to 6 people. Has a nice balcony area with grill to enjoy with your friends and family. The host was helpful when I needed information. Great experience. "

"Beautiful home set in the hills with no visual neighbours. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Big covered veranda, big rooms help make this a great family home. It has no A/C but it really wasn't needed due to its location and lots of surrounding trees. The hot water is on and off a bit but it was warm. The host is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Just loved it."

" close to the beach.but I found it far to buy food.I suggest taking everything.outside place, great to rest…closed park with electronic gate, I thought it was great. I didn't use the TV. But there is no internet, you have to connect it to your cell phone. That's what they told me. In general, I recommend it.
