"This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff there are helpful and friendly. The hotel is well located, only a few minutes' walk to the tram stop to go into the city centre. There is a Coop supermarket close to the tram stop which is handy. The hotel is also only a short walk from the airport, but a free shuttle bus runs regularly too. The room was comfortable with air-conditioning, a choice of firm or soft pillows and a good shower. I also enjoyed the free breakfast buffet and the complimentary coffee machine in the reception area. Overall a great trip and I would happily stay here again if visiting Geneva in the future."
