"The gite is located in a quiet village with a local baker making it handy for daily bread it has charm and character is well equipped and is adequate for 2 people we used it as a base for striking off to various lovely villages and coastal resorts travelling up to 2 hours on fairly quiet roads with lovely scenery the garden has everything. you need plenty of seating bbq etc and has a sunny aspect which is perfect if you just want to relax the occasional passing traffic mentioned by others did not bother us It is less than 2 hours from several ferry ports making it easy to reach Helen provided good communication with fast response to any queries and was most helpful Overall we had a great time the bonus was the English TV enabling me to watch the Euro championship football on an evening I would not hesitate to recommend this property"

"This bijou property is ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Communication from the owners is outstanding. The property was nice and clean, with everything you would need for a stay. There was plentiful information on places to visit in the area."

"Our stay at the cottage was ok, the pool is lovely and the hot tub is a plus. The cottage is very small, we are a family of 4 which was tight. 6 people would be too many as there is only a sofa bed to sit on in the living room so people have to sit at the dinner table in the evening. Thankfully we didn’t need to use the sofa bed as it was broken. We did inform the owner who said she was aware it was broken but didn’t say it would be fixed or a new sofa bought. We could not drink the water from the kitchen tap as it came out white rather than clear.
