"After being in some other congested, urban areas of France it was a really nice break to stay in a hotel on the edge of town, with a nice river flowing by and lots of greenery. It took about 30 minutes to walk into the central part of town, most of which was along the river on a quiet road. "

"Whatever your expectations for a five star luxury hotel, this property exceeded them. We have never been treated so personally, so warmly, and so professionally. From the minute, we arrived by car, they expected us, handled the check-in, and moved us to the front desk, where we were welcomed personally. "This was a lovely, peaceful property where we could unwind from our other travels. The little town was completely walkable and welcoming. The market is a "must" for anyone coming to this town. Patrick and Sabine were wonderful hosts. Would love to visit again and will recommend their hotel to others."

"The hotel's main selling point is its location, so central to everything you might need or want to visit. The staff were nice and helpful. Room was basic but for the price given the properties location it is good value for money. My only complaint would be the 20 euro charge for accessing the room one hour early."
