"Very well maintained property "

"Quiet and nice area within walking distance of the Colosseum. Apartment was adequate for a family of 4 (two kids) and the property recommendations for dinning in the area was spot on. Check in and out process was a breeze as well. "

"Communication from Katherina was great. Check in with Fabrivio was seamless, yet informative. Joy at the desk was very helpful too. The hotel is in an alley between two busy streets, though this added to the charm of being so near the activities. It’s an old building, in a very old city. Better than expected. Great restaurants feet away from the hotel front door. We enjoyed our time. "

"Great central property within walking distance ( some may take 20 min or so) of key sites. Near good restaurants and taxi rank. When coming back to Rome this would be the area I would look to stay if seeing the sites. Host was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our weekend."

"Staff was wonderful, and a great souce for information. The apartment had 18th centry charm, but still had all of the necessities. Just minutes to the St. Peter's Bacilica. Easy to obtain transportation."

The apartment is set in an old building with unique character and was perfect for our brief stay. What made things better was our host went out of her way to make things as easy as possible for us."

"10 STARS experience all the way. This apartment hotel is just amazing. First off and most significant, the personnel - Carlos, Lucky and Nadia are just out of this world amazing people. The location next to the Spanish Steps is hard to beat. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc. within a few minutes walk. We’ll be definitely coming back to this amazing place."

"Comfortable accommodations in a central location. Best gelato and dim sum right down stairs. Paolo was incredibly helpful securing our transportation to and from the apartment. "
