The host is great and responds quickly. We had an afternoon flight, and they stored our luggage for several hours. Excellent customer service. "

"We loved staying at this apartment. We were able to walk all over Rome on a daily basis. Walked to the Vatican, Forum, shopping district, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum and a great nightlife area called Trastevere. The apartment has great views, the balcony off the kitchen was wonderful for a morning espresso and the beds were comfortable. A small market was only a block away and we were able to purchase what we needed for meals and a few supplies. The agent who met us at the apartment was super nice...

"The property is in a perfect location, so close to everything. My only issue was the check in process. Every VRBO I’ve stayed in had a way to access the property without having to be let in. Our flight was late and I felt such pressure to hurry. Because we were late we paid an additional 20euro. Should be able to check in anytime without penalty. Not my problem they don’t have access. Also advertised 1 bedroom and it’s actually one room with an open bookcase between. "
