"We had a great experience there. Our host Vanessa was very kind, friendly and welcoming. The place is beautiful, clean, very comfortable and maintained to a high standard. The pool and hot tub make it even more pleasant. And what a feeling to be surrendered by all those horses. We were lucky enough to go along Vanessa when she went feeding the horses, she took time to explain to us many things about life in the horse-breeding farm. "Charming spot is as described, stone house with a brook running behind. Stayed in early March so the house had to be heated by the wood stove fairly constantly. Some wood was provided but we had to go up the hill to fill a wheelbarrow for another load. Internet access was sketchy at times. A weak signal. The source is up a steep hill in the host’s house and we only had 1 bar on our phones at best. One night we had a power outage. The host was not on the property to address the problem. The...
