You fill out a sheet picking items and a time for the first day and seems to be stuck with it for following days. The staff is very nice and helful. There's no elevator. I would recommend renting car, they have a parking lot in the hotel, yes you can go walking to Imerovigli, some 15 minutes but if you rent a car. But is not so close walking to Fira or Oia (although is next to the trail, I would recommend you only walking to Imerovigli… the views are in the hotel)"
