Our only concern was that they should better equip the apartment— It needs a cooking pot, a dish towel (rather than having to use paper towels to dry the dishes), a light blanket, bigger sheets to fit the bed, more than one roll of toilet paper and some clothes pins. All appliances worked well and the A/C was a relief in the summer heat. 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the historic town. "Pay attention that they only provide limited housekeeping. One towel you had to use at least 3 days and 6 times if you take showers twice a day. Kitchen has aged old pots and pans, all are not non-sticky types. You are not able to clean it after one use. You better spend 20 or 30 more euros to stay at nearby 4 star hotels which offers last minutes very good deal. Regret that we did not cancel it before the cancellation due date. "Hidden gem in the Peloponnes! Lovely pool; long enough to swim a few laps. Quiet rural area just 10 minute drive to Methoni and the beach there. Gorgeous self-catering accommodation (they’ve started doing breakfast hampers too); the villas arent on top of each other so you’ve got a very decent amount of privacy. And incredibly kind, warm and welcoming staff. We’ve stayed there three times already and will definitely be back. "
