"To start with the staff seemed unprofessional and less in number. Food was terrible. rooms fridge and bathrooms exhaust fan were not working. "As a tourist, the pictures didn't match the apartment we got. I reached the apartment at 2am and had sent a message prior to arriving that I will be coming at that time and hence to have the room ready, but alas.. they were super confused of my arrival and took 30min to give me a quite dirty room.
