"The accommodation was in a beautiful tranquil setting. We really felt that we had a relaxing break in Celerico de Basto. Lovely pool and even a little lake to row a boat on much to the delight of the children. The kitchen was a slightly strange set up but we soon got used to cooking on the BBQ . Only down side was the kitchen sink. No hot water and sink was very small in the kitchen area. We had to boil water on hob for washing up. To be honest we got used to it and we managed fine . "We stayed with two couples for 14 days at this lovely house. Olga and Paulo were fabulous hosts and gave us countless of wonderful tips on what to do and where to eat. Communication was flawless. Check in was easy and Paulo greeted us with a bottle of wine and fresh pastry specific to the region. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. AC in the two master bedrooms, the LR, and the DR was appreciated. As a pleasant surprise we had a house cleaning and fresh bed sheets...

"Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans la maison d'Orlando et Helena (4 adultes, une ado de 17 ans et deux enfants de 8 ans) Ils nous ont très gentiment accueillis pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la maison. Leur ami Miguel, très gentil lui aussi, assure la traduction et il peut être contacté à tout moment pendant le séjour si vous avez une question. Une table d'accueil avait été préparée avec des spécialités portugaises. Nous n'avons jamais connu cela dans nos autres...
