I have consistently found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always clean and well-maintained. Additionally, I have had no issues with the Wi-Fi, and the desk in my room has been comfortable for working when needed. Notably, during the Christmas of 2022, I was unexpectedly snowed in at the hotel. The staff handled the situation exceptionally well, implementing measures to ensure everything remained under control and finding creative ways to entertain the children. I always look forward to returning to this hotel during my visits to Western New York."
