We bring our four daughters and now baby Thomas, here to Varna each year - Christmas & Easter as well as May, high summer and October - they all love it for its space and tranquility as well as all the fun they have together here.

Many people have used the house as part of their wedding plans. The bride always looks wonderful walking down the magnificent curved stone staircase in her bridal gown.

Well known actors have stayed in the property whilst filming in Bulgaria, we once even had a Prince!

As soon as you open the entrance door, you will have your breath taken away with the sweeping circular staircase, leading up to 5 double bedrooms, three with sea views balconies.

The house was built in 2005, to very high standards, including air conditioning in every room, en suite bathrooms to all bedrooms. The family TV room has a 42' LCD screen, with a surround sound DVD player.

The house has many hidden areas where you can relax, such as the ball chair balcony area, with fantastic sea views.

You might wish to relax in the steam room, or swim in the outdoor pool.

For those of you who like cooking, there is a large ultra modern kitchen with double ovens, induction heated hob, double fridge freezer with ice maker, wine cooler, dishwasher, washer and dryer. A lovely limestone breakfast bar as well as two six seater rotating dining tables in which to enjoy your cuisine.

Amazing villa

Six of us just returned from this amazing villa. There is a shop at the end of the road and a very good Italian restaurant ten minutes walk away. Miachel the taxi driver is on hand to drive you anywhere and made us smile every time. We visited nesibar Varna golden sands. A very good week.

Absolutely fantastic

We never dreamed it could be so good in Bulgaria. The house was simply fantastic, we especially enjoyed the steam room and the swimming pool. Did the kitchen come out of a home magazine? It really is fantastic. We will definately book again. Thanks Mr J Simpson

Legitimately incredible house

Stayed the past week in this house and we really didn't think the pictures/description do it justice so we had to write the review. The house itself is massive and beautiful. The garden/pool area was really good for lying around in and the views of the sea and the surrounding area were really great, particularly recommend seeing the sunrise. We found the location surprisingly convenient as well. There was a shop 5 minutes down the road for all the essentials, a restaurant about 10 minutes walk that was super cheap but a great vibe and great food, and a resort about 20 minute walk away with more restaurant options and a lovely beach. Michael, the taxi driver recommended by the villa, was the nicest guy and made getting round to bigger supermarkets and back into Varna (about a 20 minute drive) so much easier. Basically an amazing house for a big group of people and would really recommend.

Luxury villa

We have stayed in many villas, but this was a luxury 'mansion' . We stayed here in 2014. 11 family members from 3- 50 ish years. It was outstanding with every home comfort. All bedrooms ensuite which is a blessing. State of the art kitchen. Lots more kitchen utensils than you normally get? It was a bit out of the way. About a 20-25 minute walk in to St Constantine. But a very cheap taxi back as was everything else - supermarkets, water sports on the beach, restaurants etc etc We ended up with our own taxi driver 'Tim' who used to look out for us!! Would love to do it again one day but it is a big wide world out there. One day who knows!!!

Loved it over there!

At first we could not find the house on google maps and to be honest we were a bit afraid that it was too good to be true. But it exists and is as described with plenty of space and the friendly help onsite made it even perfect. Everybody had his own room including an own bathroom which made it so comfortable for everybody’s needs. Daniela (our contact onsite) picked us up at the airport and guided us to the house and explained everything. The street to the house is not really a street this is why it was hard to find on google maps. But when driving slowly it is no problem at all. We could park our rental car gated on the property which was so great. A small supermarket is directly at the main street (3 min of walking) and a big supermarket (LIDL) is about 5min with the car down the main road. We exchanged tel. numbers with Daniela and she replied immediately in case of problems or questions.. and we had some. Unfortunately the induction hob broke down on a Sunday but Daniela was only a couple of hours later there and exchanged the whole thing so we had no difficulties further on. We asked her where to get wood for the fire place for the evening, she immediately replied and the next day we even had some wood in front of the door extra without asking for it. The next day the door of the washing machine broke, again Daniela was immediately there and fixed it. Seemed that the house didn’t like us as much as we liked it cause at the last day a water pipe broke (?) on the kitchen ceiling and some water was slowly started dropping. In every other situation this would have been major issues but Daniela was always there to help us in a friendly and efficient way. She is a big factor in making this experience really amazing. Special thanks to her! The outdoor area of the property is very very nice. The grass is beautifully green and really soft. The pool is so nice, big and clean. We need to come back in the summer time to really enjoy it.

The house is very grand in a residential area. Very modern. The lady that deal with you in Varna is excellent (Dani) and the corespondents with Darren was easy and fast.

Absolutely fabulous

I would fully agree with all of the reviews on this site. We have just retuned from a two week break. We were a family of five and all thoroughly enjoyed the villa and it's surroundings. As stated in other reviews, Dani was great, very welcoming and Michael the taxi driver more than helpful. On average he was a third more expensive than other local cabs but the little difference was well worth it just for his local knowledge. We had a car also which made it better. if anyone reads this and stays please look after our adopted black dog from down the hill, He followed us everywhere :)

Fabulous house for a big family

We lloved staying in this house .Everyone has their own bathroom and there are very spacious lounge and dining areas . The kitchen is very well equipped with quality appliances. The pool is sparkling clean . The property is hard to find and Darran arranged for us to be escorted to the house by his caretakers Martin and Dani . They were extremely helpful .We used local taxis once we pinned the position . The local store is a five minute walk . Supermarket is about a 7 minute drive . The road to the house is narrow and a bit rough but you soon get used to that . The Italian Restaurant La Casa which is in walking distance was very good . We also stayed in and used the little BBQ supplied . We stayed 8 days as we were in Varna for a family wedding . Highly recommended. Thanks Darran . Moira and Nigel and family

Amazing property, kid friendly, and great amenities.

Property was everything it advertised. From the spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and great views of the Black Sea to the clear clean pool and grounds. It is a winner for anyone wishing a quite peaceful getaway. We enjoyed our stay as did our whole family. We recommend it highly to any one looking for a great getaway. Fantastic Place to Stat

What a lovely place to stay, very spacious with every room with sitcom. Great entertainment system and good pool. Hard to find if you do not get taken there, and the Italian restaurant down the road is sublime. Good access to main roads. All amenities are there and very modern.

Absolutely Fantastic

The property was absolutely fantastic and provide all of us with long lasting smiles. The nearby resort of St Constantine was an easy walk and provide us with so many restaurants we couldn’t try them all in the two weeks we stayed. The sea was nice and warm and provided the children with many hours of fun on the sandy beaches! We did not hire a car but next year we are going to go again and will hire a car so we can see many other areas like Golden Sands and of course Varna. Darran was great for information about flying to Varna from the UK and pointed us in the right direction of who to book with and where to fly from. Darran provided a Rep to meet us at the airport who took us to the house and showed us round – I will never forget entering the house for the first time – it truly blew my mind! I will book again for sure. Thank you very Much

brandnew Villa out of center with awsome pool!!

I'm from Berlin, Germany, but I guess more ppl speak english so I'll stick to that. The villa looked too good on the pictures so we weren't even sure if it exists! Brandnew place stuffed with high-end equipment from expensive brands (Miele-dishwasher etc.) Everything is very clean an neat. The place is a little out fo the center, but you can always get a taxi. There's a tiny shop where you can buy everything you need for breakfast and lunch. Make sure to get a map or a GPS/smartphone to be able to tell the drivers where to drive you back to. 'Behind the dental clinic' are the magic words that most drivers understand. The place is close enough to Varna and 'Goldstrand' / 'Golden sands' for day- or night-visits ;-) The place looks exactly like on the picture. Just the houses around it you can't see, but nobody was home, when we where there...
