Good hotel for non demanding customers
Hotel is in a good location. It has 4 stars and in my opinion it should have 3 very strong stars. From 4 stars hotel I expected better quality service and facilities available. Hotel should have free parking and internet. Reception is trapped in a routine work and it felt like customers were just a hassle. After I checked out they didn't ask how was my stay or wished a good day.. Night sleep was good except mornings when just past 7 am room mades were starting work in very noisy manner: talking , laughing , banging trolleys and so on.. Room in General was clean, but if being picky it was lacking deep clean. My advise is not to leave any peaces of paper or empty bottles on a table if you are going to use as room service will treat that as rubbish and you won't find it after you back. At the hotel I had just breakfast and after staying for 9 nights soon I got bored from the same day to day food. I believe staff were clearly overworked. Hotel had very nice views to the sea and that was very relaxing. My advise if you planing taking see view room, ask for a private balcony an a top floor. I specially enjoyed spa service. I believe this is the strongest point of hotel as people are professionals. Generally hotel was visited by old couples or friends. Despite all negative points raised I would recommend this hotel and wouldn't mind staying again.
