Beautiful place
Marco and his wife were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely people 😍 The apartment was spotless and the view is magical, never been somewhere with such a breathtaking view of the mountains and the lake. Definitely want to go back. Marco’s place is superb, highly recommended. Michelle & Claire

Wonderful family trip
Marco was great and the property is beyond fabulous. The only thing that is tricky about it is the lack of walkabilty. But a small price to pay for such a great place to stay.

5 star location with epic views
Wonderful accommodations with epic views of Lake Como. Location was excellent as well, close by to grocery store, restaurants, ferry access and hiking trails.

Lake Como getaway
First time to the Lake District and we fell in love with the views and and the accommodations. Outdoor area is truly wonderful so is the kitchen and dining areas! We stayed a week and really enjoyed the area with lots to do

Lake Como gem
This has been the best property we’ve ever stayed in. Our family of 6 (4 children ranging from 10-18 years old) could not fault anything. The house, the views, and the lovely walk along the greenway to Varenna made this a very special experience. Thank you Marco and Daniela.

Fall in Como
Was a lovely stay and exceeded all of our expectations. Marco and Daniella were gracious hosts who managed our experience all along the way. I highly recommend this unit for anyone visiting Lake Como which also has easy access to The ferries to popular places on the lake.

Fantastic
The property and view exceeded our expectations. Marco and Daniella are gracious hosts. The Prosecco and goodies when we arrived were so appreciated. Daniella bright us fresh baked pastries she made 2 mornings, so special and delicious. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Beautiful home right on Lake Como
We had an excellent time at this rental property on Lake Como! The views are spectacular with excellent outdoor seating, a sun room, all the kitchen amenities needed, and ample space. I would highly recommend staying here! We had a rental car, so we drove to Varenna and utilized ferries to other towns on the lake. I highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic location on Lake Como
Lovely apartment with all the necessities to make an enjpyable stay. Marco and Daniella were perfect hosts and left us a welcome bottle of Proseco and cookies. They were available for our many questions. BUT THE VIEW WAS EXCEPTIONAL. From snow capped moutains to the lake we had a panoramic view one that we will never forget. The town is quaint and ferries to other towns were easy. We highly recommend this apartment and location. Thank you again Marco and Daniella.

Wonderful property with great views and abundant space!
Marco is a great host with a great property. We enjoyed our stay at this property and the hospitality of the host. The view of Lake Como and Bellagio from the patio is not to be forgotten. Parking worked well. As mentioned in other posts the proximity to Varenna is a real plus. Highly recommend.

Lake Como Oasis
We absolutely adored our stay at Marco’s home. He greeted us upon arrival with Prosecco and goodies. The home was fully equipped and stunning. The views unmatched. We took a can from the train station but from then on truly enjoyed our walks to town daily. Although not close so beautiful and worth the steps. Definitely visit the one restaurant close by. We had one of the meals of our lives. So delicious. We would definitely return to Marco’s place.

Beautiful Views
Perfect house with access to Lake Como for swimming. Mesmerising views and can walk into Varenna. Retreating back to Fiumelatte was fabulous as Varenna was very busy. Road noise was a bit invasive but we where there in peak holiday time. We were well looked after by our host

Terrific stay for Lake Como vacation!
This property is just as advertised! Beautiful property just south of Varenna. Everything was updated and clean. The patio is private and a great spot to enjoy the view of Lake Como. Marco and his wife are fantastic hosts. Marco even came and picked us up from the train station upon arrival! Pictures don't do it justice....the views of the lake are incredible from this property. The property is about a 30 min walk from Varenna, but there were local cabs (contacts provided by host) that were always available for 15 Euros per trip when we wanted a ride. Will definitely be back!

Amazing!
We had the most beautiful stay end of July for 10 days. The owners were very welcoming, we enjoyed the breathtaking view from every room of the house. The direct access to the lake was another plus for the house. Yes, the traffic can get a bit noisy but that didn´t bother us too much. Closed to Varenna and local supermarkets.

Stunning views of Lago da Como
We had a wonderful 3 days in Marco and Daniella's apartment. The view across to Bellagio and Menaggio was stunning throughout the day. Made use of the private path to the beach for a daily swim and a lovely half hour walk into Varenna. The accommodation was great and as described and the hospitality topped things off. A great place to get through jet lag at the start of our Italian holiday.

What an incredible place!! Marco was so kind and welcoming!!! This apartment feels like an exclusive lakeside villa. The landscape changed before our eyes constantly!! Centrally located and easily accessible. Stay here and feel like royalty!!

Excellent place to stay!!
The unit with its well stocked kitchen and outdoor patio was amazing. I wish we had spent more time there utilizing the kitchen and patio. It would be a lovely place to stay when it’s raining or in the shoulder seasons. There is a gas fireplace too so it could be cozy in the winter. There is laundry including a dryer and a little fitness room too which could be nice in poor weather when being out walking is problematic. I would definitely stay there again. Only issue was bath towels smelt musty.

Beautiful property
Marco and Daniella are absolutely wonderful hosts! The apartment is even more spectacular in person. You will not want to leave this gorgeous place. We were 2 couples, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice. All were immaculately clean. Our hosts graciously left Prosecco and snacks, they were much appreciated. We were very happy to find not only a washer, but also a dryer. Varenna is a great place to visit, and the apartment was a very quick drive away. There is a large grocery store within a very short drive. We enjoyed taking the ferries to various places. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful place
We loved the property. Absolutely beautiful views of the lake. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. It is a bit of a walk to get to town with some parts of the road being very narrow. We used the same taxi driver each day for 10-15 euro. Lovely hosts who live on site and very responsive to any questions or requests. Only suggestion would be to have better beds- they were quite soft and not very comfortable. We would love to come back when the weather is better to be able to enjoy the beautiful outdoor area.

Beautiful home just outside Varenna
Marcos home is absolutely stunning, from the moment you step out of the taxi to standing on the garden. Marcos home overlooks Lake Como either a view that will leave you speechless! All the rooms were extremely clean, tidy and ready to lay down after a long day of walking around Varenna. I would highly recommend Marcos home to anyone looking to stay just outside the busy Varenna Square but only a short taxi ride in and out of town!
