"There was an extremely ugly incident displayed towards me by apt Manager. She foul- mouthed me by using the profanity “fxxk” word, because of the confusion over the front door issue. She also chased after me to accuse me taking her door stopper. Then I went back into the apt to show her where the door stopper was. We are honest people, I was extremely upset over these two issues. "we stayed 5 nights over new year’s eve in this beautiful apartment. it is very clean and modern and the owner, robin, is very friendly and helpful. the apartment is fully equipped and a big supermarket ( kaufland) is only a five minute walk away. so it‘s a full recommendation from us and we will return on our next stay in zagreb."

"We were in town for the Baroque Evenings music festival in Varaždin and this location could not have been better! All of the venues were in easy walking distance. The property itself was lovely and was a perfect match for the 18th century vibe. Very well appointed, clean, really a completely positive experience. Thank you!"

"There was only one air conditioner in the entire apartment, which worked very poorly. I had to sleep with the whole family in the living room. The child was not provided with bed linen, although we ordered a room for 3 people. The room was quite dusty (poorly cleaned), the mirrors and shower were all stained. The Rooms looked much better in the picture. "

"This was a good place to stay for the location to Maksimir and downtown Zagreb, while being quiet and not in the middle of everything. It was great to have access to parking, but important to note that it's good to have a car that has decent clearance, otherwise the bottom of the car may get a bit scraped as you get into the spot.
