"There was an extremely ugly incident displayed towards me by apt Manager. She foul- mouthed me by using the profanity “fxxk” word, because of the confusion over the front door issue. She also chased after me to accuse me taking her door stopper. Then I went back into the apt to show her where the door stopper was. We are honest people, I was extremely upset over these two issues. "Our stay at this apartment was superb. Well appointed studio accommodations, easy drive to visit the thermal spas all around. Highly recommend this to others to use as a home base to explore this part of Slovenia!"

"There was only one air conditioner in the entire apartment, which worked very poorly. I had to sleep with the whole family in the living room. The child was not provided with bed linen, although we ordered a room for 3 people. The room was quite dusty (poorly cleaned), the mirrors and shower were all stained. The Rooms looked much better in the picture. "
