"We enjoyed a one night stay here. Giacomo greeted us upon our arrival and provided instructions for bringing in the luggage and use of the apartment. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and were able to have dinner there. The view from the balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore was spectacular. There was a nice little outdoor area in front with some chairs. Giacomo was on standby for several questions by phone as we were getting settled in. "

"The property is on the first floor, you get get a spacious master bedroom and a good sized children’s bedroom with one set of bunk beds. The Living area has a dining table for 4 ppl, a sofa (which could turn into a sofa bed) and a nice, big TV. The owner even had put some beverages into the fridge, coffee and other essentials were also provided and the home baked biscuits on arrival were a very nice...

"We had a lovely week in Casa Bellavista. What amazing views! It’s a comfortable property and well located. "Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön an einem Hang oberhalb von Stresa, das man in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Der Blick auf den See und die Berge ist fantastisch. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Leider konnten wir wetterbedingt die Terasse und den schönen kleinen Garten nicht nutzen. Der Umgang mit Evita war freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Parksituation war anfangs etwas schwierig, hat sich aber dann geklärt. Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!"
