"The house was so well designed with 2 bedrooms on one end and 3 bedrooms on the other with the kitchen, dining, and living room in the middle with sliding doors to the patio and pool - all on ONE floor. Extremely comfortable and beautiful in its contemporary design and furnishings, not overly done or cluttered. Our host Julien was charming and helpful and we liked him so much, we invited him and his wife to dinner on our last evening at the place. Only minor mishap was we were locked out one...

"This is truly a pretty little house and I loved it! The house in essentially in the center of the village - nearby is the market area, shops, places to eat and buy food. The house is narrow- very old - with windy staircases which just add to its character. The hosts were easy to deal with and while we didn't use it, there was a washing machine. We opted to stay overnight in Aups vs Moustiers Sainte Marie which is much more touristy. Everyone was friendly."

The gite was comfortable, clean, the pool being a bonus. I don’t think anyone can complain. Perfectly adequate for 2 people. The comment that some one made in June is an insult to the hosts at this gite."

"We're from the USA and stayed at this home for two weeks, my husband and our two adult children. It's a cozy home on a good size property. The hosts were great and super friendly. We love the area and the pool was amazing. We loved the walking trails in the area around the home. One minus point was the internet. We rely on the internet to run our business. The wifi did not reach the rental home, we could only get a signal when standing next to the owner's home. Turning on the USA cell phone data...

"Beaucoup de place dans cette grande maison provençale, faite pour vivre au soleil (aménagement repas extérieurs, BBQ, plancha) avec piscine (si chaleur et soleil, c'est parfait), et accueil très sympa par la conciergerie. Boulangerie au village proche. Avec une voiture, indispensable pour découvrir la région, village perché de Grambois à 5km, sinon Lourmarin, puis tous les autres villages perchés du Luberon; le Colorado provençal, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Aix en Provence, une visite de cave ... Et...

"The owner Marianne, and her husband, were so nice to allow us to check in 2 hours early. They gave us produce from their garden to use in our home cooked meals. The weather was extremely hot (95-100 F) during our visit and they request the air conditioning be off when you leave the house, but because part of the house is underground, it does not get hot induce too quickly. There is a washing machine for your clothes and a rack to dry them outside. It’s dry like a desert in the summer and clothes...

"Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à Carcès. La propriété en pierres se trouve proche du chemin de randonnée qui mène aux cascades et au lac de Carcès. On y retrouve un peu de fraîcheur. La piscine a été très utilisée par ces fortes chaleurs estivales. La cuisine est très bien équipée en vaisselle de toutes sortes pour le nombre de convives. La grande terrasse équipée de plusieurs parasols et d'une grande table permet de prendre les repas à l'extérieur à plusieurs. Régine nous a bien...
