"This hotel treated me badly, since the conditions are terrible, they charged me for the expensive services, we only went to sleep, the bathroom did not discharge, the water for cold baths not hot, mosquitoes, genes and spiders inside the room and little security on the balcony doors and around a lot of dust and dirt were in other buildings"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Betty y Jorge. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had a lovely patio with a table and stools. There were also sun loungers outside, plus an area for doing laundry and a washing line. Our hosts were lovely - very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great - just a couple of minutes from the beach."

"It was a comfortable peaceful place in Varadero and I am glad I opted for it. Couldn't ask for a better location it's very close to beautiful beaches all restaurants and shopping places. We were welcomed warmly by the hosts and they got rooms ready in a quick manner considering we booked the rooms on arrival. The whole surrounding area is quiet a short walk and you are on the beach. "Everything was good and nice . All the staff is vey nice and creative"

"This house is is peaceful! It was just one night but the owner helped me getting drivers and exchanging money. The room has a little kitchen area with a table, sink, and a small fridge. Good to eat your take out and keep drinks cold, not sure if there is a cooking option. You have your own independent entrance. You can sit outside in the patio and balcony of the house and relax with the ocean breeze. Just walking from the beach and good restaurants. "

"Cheap and nasty run-down hotel with neither heart or soul. Some great people however, but that was the only plus point. No balcony, no hot water, wind screamed through window frames. basin blocked for 3 days. It was punishment to stay there."
