"This hotel was perfect for a couple of nights, convenient to getting public transport to Helsinki as well as the airport shuttle for flying in and out. The customer service was excellent and the whole hotel was in great condition and very cleanly. Will definitely stay here again."

"The staff here do an amazing job, from reception to dining and cleaning. Huge shout out to Sanna at reception who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and Heidi from the dining area who was also a gem! Big complaints here were unresponsive thermostats (Thankfully Sanna brought us a portable heater to help with the cold), and the drab outdated room and bathroom, and worn out furniture in room and in lobby lounge. The bottoms all sag and are not comfortable."
