"Just had a really nice stay at the hilton - dartford last night! The lady who checked us in was really lovely - I didn’t catch her name but she was very kind and helpful. I put into the notes when booking asking if they did any decorations of the room for birthdays - expecting to of course pay any extra but didn’t hear anything back, however once we arrived we were told that they had upgraded our room to a deluxe queen room! They also put some birthday balloons, some chocolates and a lovely card in the room for us which was amazing!! The room was perfect and very clean, breakfast was a buffet- standard breakfast but very tasty. Would definitely stay again! "

"Overnight stopover to visit the Bluewater shopping centre. Clean, massive bed, air con, nice shower room although the sink was very slow draining. Breakfast was help yourself buffet with both full english items and continental cereals, fruit, pastries, juices etc. Would definitely go back again next time. "

"At first I couldn’t find a way out to road. No sign ‘Exit’ enable me to drive out easily especially when it was dark. It was almost impossible to close the blind in bathroom. I couldn’t dare to stand in bath naked in front of window where residents or staff could see me. I just managed to reach blind cord using my finger tips as the the cord was 2/3rd way up the window in Room 5. Short people, like my partner, couldn’t reach it at all unless he climbed onto window sill - no way as he was 85 years old. Blind should be left diwn at our arrival. Bathroom apart from blind was good but poor designed and not good for safety as there was no grab handle in bath area. My partner again couldn’t use bath/shower as due to his age he has poor balance. I found it uncomfortable to use the shower as my face had to be close to wall at bath end because the shower head was too short to wall so I was unable to relax under the shower due to curved bath end. Apart from these problems our stay was enjoyable. Staff were so lovely with very good attitude to Deaf people like us. We enjoyed the stay. "

"Just had a lovely stay. Our room was clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we wanted. We had a great view of Brands Hatch and could even see a bit of the track. Easy parking and a short walk to the track. Breakfast was tasty with a great selection of fruit, cereals, croissants and cooked breakfast. We ate in the restaurant and bar. All our meals were delicious. I can especially recommend the ChitTikka Masala with naan bread and popadom. The staff were very polite accommodating. We mentioned to one guy in the restaurant that our room was a little cold and when we returned he’d arranged for a heater and it was switched on! "

"Room itself was really quite nice, bed was very comfortable. The walls were paper-thin, so pray for quiet neighbours! The outside bathrooms (in their little outhouses) were a bit odd, just as well it wasn't too cold this weekend else that would have been unpleasant. The whole place seemed a bit tired and rundown, but it was serviceable enough. Good comms from the hotel pre-arrival which was appreciated. Very convenient for the station (10 mins walk and then the Elizabeth Line straight into the city centre). It was fine for a cheap budget option"
