"This hotel says it is 4 star hotel. I would definitely not agree. The location is beautiful nature area near the water but the property is in serious need of attention. The immense amount of cobwebs in the pergola covered walking areas and dead vegetation in the gardens was frankly depressing and creepy. The carpet was in need of replacement 20 years ago easily. The staff was very friendly, offered to make us a reservation, and front desk is operational 24 hours a day. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. "Leider war die uns übermittelte Anschrift nicht korrekt. Erst ein Anruf bei der notfall-Hotline verhalt zur richtigen Adresse. Im Hausflur fehlten einige Fliesen. Das Loch war notdürftig mit Teppich abgedeckt. Die vorbestellte Bettwäsche sollte im 20 km entfernten Büro abgeholt werden, das war aber geschlossen.
