There were some minor maintenance issues like leaking faucets and the AC not getting as cold as I would have liked (set on 67 but temp of unit didn't fall below 71) but nothing that interfered with our stay. Everything was clean and neat, and we were provided with most essentials (including coffee 🙂) The area surrounding the condo is quiet for the most part and has a great view of the cityscape. "This condo is amazing. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. The design choices are very unique and interesting, right down to the selection of books sprinkled around the place. Starbucks and Publix are two blocks away for your food abd coffee needs. Pies and Pints, the Refinery, Jim and Nick's and the ever so charming La Fête were are choice of restaurants during our stay. We used Southern Sport tours coachline to take ys to Tuscalooa to see Crimson Tide. It was extremely well organized...
